If a client does not have a professional adviser, Lutea is able
through its professionals on the Board to provide consultancy services to
its clients.
Lutea reserves the right to take advice from professionals in
other jurisdictions where necessary at the cost of the client, having of course
agreed that cost first with the client.
Lutea charges for such services on a time cost basis and wherever
possible agrees a fee in advance with the client.
