Lutea sees a fundamental conflict between providing its services and providing
investment advice.
In its capacity as Trustee or Director it will usually consult with the Settlor,
Principal Beneficiaries or Owner on the appointment of an investment adviser
to a Trust or Company and discuss in general terms the types of investments
that might be available or suitable.
Lutea will monitor the performance of the investment adviser.
