The provision of pension arrangements will increasingly become
the responsibility of the individual. There can often be significant benefits
in setting up a pension scheme with Lutea. A plan can be devised uniquely
for each individual.
Lutea is able to advise on the tax issues of the pension scheme (taking
advice where necessary from foreign jurisdictions) and assist in the establishment
of the scheme.
Lutea will also act as Trustee of the scheme and provide administration
services.
A one-off fee of £1,000 will be charged to set up each individual
employee fund which can be paid either by the employer or the participating
employee.
A separate annual charge will be made each year for administration work
based solely on the time actually expended on looking after each fund.
Each employee may, at the outset, opt for an annual charge throughout
the life of the scheme calculated as 1% of the fund up to £100,000
and 0.5% thereafter, with a minimum fee of £750 pa.
